Hong Kong, September 7, 2023 – Hong Kong Air Cargo is pleased to announce that Mr. CHANG Hai has been appointed by the Board as the Chairman of Hong Kong Air Cargo, effective from September 6, 2023.

Mr. CHANG Hai brings with him a wealth of experience across a spectrum of aviation industry industries and cargo carrier businesses. Prior to joining Hong Kong Air Cargo, he worked for HNA Cargo Co., Ltd and Sanya Phoenix International Airport Co., Ltd. Mr. CHANG Hai was appointed as a Director of the Company in September 2022 and has since been an invaluable member of Hong Kong Air Cargo.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Mr. CHANG Hai on his new role and thank Mr. ZHANG Youqiang for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure.
